🍗 Marry Me Chicken
Creamy Tuscan-style chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in a luscious Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients:

2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Salt & black pepper

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a mild kick)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1/2 cup chicken broth
-
3/4 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
-
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
-
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Prep & Sear Chicken:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4–5 min per side until golden (it doesn’t have to be fully cooked yet). Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, lower heat slightly and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Add broth to deglaze the pan. Simmer for 1–2 min.

Stir in cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and oregano. Let simmer until thickened (about 3–4 min).

Finish the Chicken:

Return chicken to the pan. Simmer in the sauce for 10–12 minutes, or until fully cooked and sauce is silky and reduced.

Garnish & Serve:

Top with fresh basil or parsley.

Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
