🍕 Crustless Pizza Bake
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni or your favorite pizza toppings (mushrooms, olives, peppers, etc.)

2 large eggs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and half of the pepperoni or toppings.

Mix the cooked meat and sauce into the egg and cheese mixture until well combined.
