🧄 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf
Ingredients:

1½ lbs ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons milk (adds moisture)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)

Optional topping: ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or more Parmesan
🔥 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Mix Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently with clean hands or a spatula until just combined (don’t overmix or it can get dense).

Shape & Bake:

Form mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet or press into a loaf pan.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

In the last 5–10 minutes of baking, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella or more Parmesan and return to the oven until melted and golden.
