Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers are the ultimate indulgent snack — gooey, cheesy grilled cheese sandwiches, cut into sticks, then wrapped in crispy bacon. Perfect for parties, game day, or just treating yourself!


🧀🥓 Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 8 slices sandwich bread (white or brioche works great)

  • 6–8 slices American or cheddar cheese

  • Butter or mayo, for spreading

  • 16–20 slices thin-cut bacon (2 per finger)

  • Optional: honey, hot sauce, or maple syrup for dipping


🔥 Instructions:

1. Make the Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • Spread butter or mayo on one side of each bread slice.

  • Place cheese slices between two slices (buttered sides out).

  • Grill on a skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted — about 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Let cool slightly, then cut each sandwich into 3–4 sticks (grilled cheese fingers).

2. Wrap with Bacon

  • Wrap each grilled cheese finger tightly with 1–2 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping to cover the bread.

  • Secure ends with toothpicks if needed.

3. Cook Until Crispy

Choose your method:

  • Oven:

    • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

    • Place bacon-wrapped fingers on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

    • Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crispy.

  • Air Fryer:

    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.

  • Skillet:

    • Cook over medium heat, turning to crisp all sides (a bit messier, but works!).

4. Serve Hot

Let cool slightly, then serve with:

  • Ranch, tomato soup, spicy ketchup, or maple syrup for dipping.


🧠 Tips & Variations:

  • Use jalapeño jack cheese for a spicy version.

  • Add a little bacon jam or tomato inside the grilled cheese for extra flavor.

  • Want it sweet & savory? Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before serving.
