🌯 Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup tomato sauce or salsa

4–6 large flour tortillas

Cook the beef:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed. -
Add aromatics & seasoning:
Add onion and garlic, cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add tomato sauce or salsa and simmer for another 3–5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. -
Warm the tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 15–30 seconds per side, or microwave them for 10–15 seconds covered with a damp towel. -
Assemble the wraps:
Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla. Top with your favorite fillings. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. -
Optional – Toast the wraps:
Place the filled wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to crisp and seal them.
