π§ Ingredients (1β2 servings):

2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

1 scoop (about 30g) protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or flavor of choice)

1β3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy), as needed to blend

Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter, cocoa powder, or a few chocolate chips

Freeze bananas:

Peel and slice ripe bananas, then freeze for at least 2β3 hours (or overnight).

Blend:

Add frozen banana slices and protein powder to a blender or food processor.

Pulse, scraping down sides as needed. Add a splash of milk to help it blend smoothly.

Blend until creamy and smooth, like soft-serve ice cream.
