🥣 Instructions:
1. Make lemon curd base:

In a heatproof bowl or saucepan, whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and salt.

Remove from heat, stir in butter if using, and let cool completely (refrigerate to speed up).
2. Whip the cream:
