🧄🧀 Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

✅ Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on optional)

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried oregano & basil)

1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
🔥 Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Marinate the shrimp:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. -
Arrange in air fryer:
Lay shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). -
Air fry:
Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Parmesan should be golden and slightly crispy. -
Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately.
