Here’s a simple and flavorful recipe for Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp — perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer!


🧄🧀 Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Servings: 2–4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8–10 minutes


✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried oregano & basil)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Marinate the shrimp:
    In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange in air fryer:
    Lay shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).

  4. Air fry:
    Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Parmesan should be golden and slightly crispy.

  5. Garnish & serve:
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately.
