🍌🍫 Banana Bread Brownies
Ingredients:

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

¾ cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt
-
½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips (for melting into the batter)
🔥 Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Make the Batter:

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar.

Stir in mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined.

Add Chocolate:

Melt ½ cup chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second bursts or use a double boiler).

Swirl melted chocolate into the batter OR mix it all the way in for a marbled or fully chocolatey effect.

Stir in nuts or extra chips, if using.

Bake:

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

Cool & Serve:

Let cool in pan before slicing into bars. Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
