🥬 Cabbage with Eggs (Stir-Fried Style)
Ingredients:

½ medium head of cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)

2–3 large eggs

2–3 tbsp oil (vegetable, olive, or sesame oil)

2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

½ onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for flavor)

½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for aroma)
Instructions:

Prep the Cabbage:

Wash and thinly slice the cabbage. Set aside.

Scramble the Eggs:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.

Crack in the eggs, scramble lightly, and cook until just set. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics:

In the same pan, add another 1–2 tbsp oil.

Sauté the garlic and onion (if using) until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.

Cook the Cabbage:

Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender but still a little crisp.

Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.

Add the Eggs Back:

Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix them into the cabbage.

Drizzle with sesame oil if desired and adjust seasoning.
