🧂 Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), drained and flaked

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp finely chopped green onions

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp lemon juice (optional for brightness)

1–2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream (to loosen, if needed)
For the coating:

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, toasted nuts, or crushed crackers

Mix the filling:

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and lemon juice.

Mix well until creamy and evenly blended. Add mayo or sour cream if the mixture is too stiff.

Shape the ball:

Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
