🥦 Crispy Air-Fried Cauliflower with Parmesan & Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for a little smoky flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

  2. Prepare Cauliflower:
    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Add Parmesan:
    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the cauliflower and toss gently to combine.

  4. Air Fry:
    Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
    Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The cauliflower should be crispy and golden brown on the edges.

  5. Serve:
    Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges if desired for a bright, fresh zing.
