Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a cheese blend)

Β½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

Layer in the Crock Pot:

Place chicken in the crock pot.

In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
