🧀 Crockpot Cheesy Ranch Beef Pasta Shells
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), undrained

1 ½ cups beef broth

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

8 oz medium pasta shells (uncooked)

½ cup cream cheese (softened)

½ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions:

Brown the Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

Season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add to Crockpot:

Transfer cooked beef to your crockpot.

Stir in ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel, and beef broth.

Mix well to combine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta shells and cream cheese.
