🌿 Flaxseed and Ginger Infusion / Drink
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon whole or ground flaxseeds

1-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

2 cups water

Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Instructions:

Boil water:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. -
Add ginger:
Add fresh ginger slices (or ground ginger) to the boiling water and simmer for 5–10 minutes. -
Add flaxseeds:
Stir in flaxseeds and let simmer for 2–3 minutes (if using whole seeds). If using ground flaxseed, add after removing from heat. -
Strain:
Pour the infusion through a fine mesh strainer into a cup. -
Sweeten & serve:
Add honey or lemon if desired. Drink warm or cool it down for a refreshing beverage.
