6 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs
-
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

3 tbsp olive oil (or more as needed)

2 tbsp butter

Lemon wedges, for serving
π₯ Instructions
1. Prep the Lamb Chops

Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.

Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
2. Set up Breading Stations

Place flour in one shallow bowl.

In a second bowl, beat the eggs.

In a third bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and parsley.
3. Bread the Lamb Chops

Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off excess.

Dip into beaten eggs.

Press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, coating well on both sides. Press firmly to stick.
4. Fry the Lamb Chops

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add lamb chops.

Fry about 3β4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness (medium-rare to medium).

The crust should be golden and crispy.
5. Rest & Serve

Transfer chops to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze on top.
