1. Prep the Lamb Chops

  • Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.

  • Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

2. Set up Breading Stations

  • Place flour in one shallow bowl.

  • In a second bowl, beat the eggs.

  • In a third bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and parsley.

3. Bread the Lamb Chops

  • Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off excess.

  • Dip into beaten eggs.

4. Fry the Lamb Chops

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • The crust should be golden and crispy.

5. Rest & Serve

  • Transfer chops to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
