🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced garlic)

1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Ranch or garlic aioli for dipping
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep Oven:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease.
2. Cut & Season Potatoes:

Slice each potato into 8 wedges (cut in half lengthwise, then into quarters).

Place wedges in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
3. Add Parmesan:

Toss in half the Parmesan (1/4 cup) and mix well. Reserve the rest for later.
4. Bake:

Arrange wedges in a single layer, skin side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.
5. Finish:

While hot, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and fresh parsley.
