1 cup boiling water

Dissolve the gelatin
In a mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the gelatin powder. Stir for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved. -
Add cold water
Stir in the cold water and mix well. -
Chill
Pour into a mold, bowl, or individual cups. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. -
Serve
Serve plain, or top with whipped cream, fruit, or a drizzle of condensed milk.
