Here’s a refreshing and healthy Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait recipe — perfect for breakfast, a snack, or light dessert. It’s creamy, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein and antioxidants.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla; full-fat for creaminess)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)

  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, banana, mango, kiwi, or a mix)

  • ½ cup granola or toasted oats

  • Optional toppings:

    • Chia seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, or dark chocolate shavings


🥄 Instructions

1. Sweeten the Yogurt (Optional):

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup to taste.

2. Layer the Parfait:

  • In a glass, jar, or bowl, layer:

    1. A few spoonfuls of yogurt

    2. A layer of fresh fruit

    3. A spoonful of granola

  • Repeat the layers 2–3 times or until your container is full.

3. Top & Serve:

  • Finish with extra fruit, granola, and your favorite toppings.

  • Serve immediately for crunchy granola or chill for 15–20 minutes if you prefer it slightly softened.
