1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups fresh or frozen green beans (or 1 can, drained)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)

½ cup milk or sour cream

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, adds depth)

1½ cups crispy fried onions or crushed crackers (for topping)
🔧 Instructions
✅ 1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
✅ 2. Cook the Ground Beef

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic, cook for 1 minute more.
✅ 3. Make the Casserole Mix

In a large bowl, combine:
