Absolutely! Here’s a quick and addictive recipe for Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip — creamy, spicy, and perfect for dipping chips, crackers, or veggies. It’s great served warm or cold, and easy to whip up for parties or game nights.


🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

🧂 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for extra kick)

  • ¼ cup jarred jalapeños, finely chopped (or 1–2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • 1 tbsp jalapeño brine (from the jar – adds flavor!)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

🔥 Optional Topping (for baked version):

  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp extra shredded cheese


👩‍🍳 Instructions

🔹 For Cold Dip:

  1. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and jalapeño brine until smooth.

  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and garlic.

  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

🔹 For Hot (Baked) Dip:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Mix all ingredients as above and transfer to a greased 8×8 baking dish or small cast iron skillet.

  3. Mix panko with butter and sprinkle on top with extra cheese.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.


📝 Tips & Variations:

  • Add crumbled bacon or green onions for extra flavor.

  • Swap jalapeños with roasted hatch chiles or green chiles for a milder version.

  • Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, toasted baguette slices, or veggie sticks.
