🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip
🧂 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for extra kick)

¼ cup jarred jalapeños, finely chopped (or 1–2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced)

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
-
1 tbsp jalapeño brine (from the jar – adds flavor!)

Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Optional Topping (for baked version):

¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
-
2 tbsp butter, melted
-
2 tbsp extra shredded cheese

🔹 For Cold Dip:

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and jalapeño brine until smooth.

Stir in cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and garlic.

Season with salt & pepper to taste. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
🔹 For Hot (Baked) Dip:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix all ingredients as above and transfer to a greased 8×8 baking dish or small cast iron skillet.

Mix panko with butter and sprinkle on top with extra cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
