Here’s a quick and addictively creamy Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip—perfect for parties, game day, or a spicy snack fix. You can serve it warm or cold, depending on your vibe.


🌶️ Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

Servings: 6–8

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Optional Bake Time: 15–20 minutes


🧀 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, adds sharpness)

  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust to taste)

  • 1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped (optional, for heat)

  • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional topping: ¼ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko + 1 tbsp melted butter


🌀 Cold (No-Bake) Method:

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, jalapeños, garlic (if using), and seasonings.

  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.

  4. Serve cold with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.


🔥 Hot Baked Version:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Mix all ingredients (as above) and transfer to a small baking dish.

  3. Optional: Mix crackers or panko with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crostini, or pita chips.


🧩 Tips & Variations:

  • Want it extra spicy? Add chopped chipotle in adobo or a dash of cayenne.

  • For a smoky twist, use smoked gouda or pepper jack cheese.
