Quick and Easy Kielbasa Recipes
🔥 1. Kielbasa and Peppers Skillet
Ingredients:

1 lb kielbasa, sliced into rounds

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté kielbasa until browned (5–7 minutes).

Add peppers, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until veggies are tender (another 7–10 minutes).

Serve over rice, potatoes, or as-is.

Ingredients:

1 lb kielbasa, cut into chunks

2 cups sauerkraut (drained)

1/2 onion, sliced

1 apple, peeled and chopped (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

1/2 cup chicken broth or beer
Instructions:

Instructions:
