Here’s a classic and irresistible treat: No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls! These little bites are rich, sweet, and satisfyingly nutty β€” perfect for holiday trays, lunchbox snacks, or quick cravings. Think of them like homemade Reese’s, but easier and with fewer ingredients.

πŸ₯œπŸ« No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

πŸ§‚ Ingredients (Makes 20–24 balls)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • ΒΌ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½–2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1Β½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smoother chocolate, optional)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

βœ… 1. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a stiff but moldable dough forms. It should not be sticky β€” add more sugar if needed.

βœ… 2. Form the Balls

  1. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and roll into smooth balls.

  2. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 minutes, until firm.

βœ… 3. Dip in Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  2. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each chilled ball into the chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on parchment.

  3. Chill until chocolate is set (about 15–20 minutes in the fridge).

🍴 Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed peanuts

  • Flaky sea salt

  • Sprinkles

  • White chocolate drizzle
