Roasted cauliflower

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Roasted Cauliflower — crispy on the edges, tender in the center, and packed with flavor. It’s a perfect healthy side dish or base for a grain bowl or salad.


🥦 Easy Roasted Cauliflower

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp paprika or smoked paprika (optional, for color & flavor)

  • Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon juice, chili flakes, or fresh herbs for serving


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Prepare cauliflower:
    Rinse and pat dry the cauliflower. Cut into bite-size florets.

  3. Season:
    Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings in a large bowl or directly on the pan.

  4. Roast:
    Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  5. Serve:
    Squeeze over some fresh lemon juice or sprinkle with Parmesan, herbs, or chili flakes, if desired.


✅ Tips

  • For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the pan. Use two sheets if needed.

  • Add chickpeas or carrots to roast alongside for variety.

  • Great as a side dish or tossed into pasta, grain bowls, or tacos.
