🥦 Easy Roasted Cauliflower
🛒 Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2–3 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp paprika or smoked paprika (optional, for color & flavor)

Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon juice, chili flakes, or fresh herbs for serving

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Prepare cauliflower:
Rinse and pat dry the cauliflower. Cut into bite-size florets. -
Season:
Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings in a large bowl or directly on the pan. -
Roast:
Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges. -
Serve:
Squeeze over some fresh lemon juice or sprinkle with Parmesan, herbs, or chili flakes, if desired.
