🍗 Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks
🧂 Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

8–10 chicken drumsticks (about 1.5 kg / 3 lbs)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp chili powder or cayenne (optional, for heat)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce, honey garlic sauce, or marinade of choice (plus extra for serving)
🥣 Instructions:
1. Prep the drumsticks:

Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and spices.

Optionally, sear in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side to add flavor (but not necessary).
2. Add to slow cooker:

Place drumsticks in the slow cooker in an even layer.

Pour sauce over the top and toss to coat.
3. Cook:

Low: 6–7 hours

High: 3–4 hours

Chicken should be tender and reach 75°C / 165°F internally.
4. Optional crisping step:

Place drumsticks on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Brush with extra sauce and broil for 3–5 minutes to crisp the skin.
