Here’s an easy, comforting, and super popular dish: Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops. Just a few ingredients, minimal prep, and the result is tender, flavorful pork in a creamy ranch gravy.


🐷 Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

πŸ§‚ Ingredients:

  • 4–6 boneless pork chops (or bone-in, about 1″ thick)

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom for variation)

  • 1/2 cup milk or water

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley

  1. Mix the sauce:
    In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and milk (or water). Add pepper or garlic powder if using.

  2. Layer in slow cooker:
    Place pork chops in the slow cooker. Pour the ranch mixture over the top, making sure all chops are coated.

  3. Cook low and slow:

    • Low for 6–7 hours

    • High for 3–4 hours
      (Low is best for tender chops.)

  4. Optional – thicken sauce:
    If the sauce is thin at the end, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook uncovered on high for 15–20 minutes until thickened.

  5. Serve:
    Spoon the ranch gravy over the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles β€” and a veggie like green beans or broccoli.

  • Add potatoes: Add quartered baby potatoes under the pork chops for a full one-pot meal.

  • Add mushrooms or onions for extra flavor.

  • Make it cheesy: Stir in shredded cheddar at the end.
