π· Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
π§ Ingredients:

4β6 boneless pork chops (or bone-in, about 1″ thick)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom for variation)

1/2 cup milk or water
-
Optional: 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional garnish: chopped parsley
π₯£ Instructions:

Mix the sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and milk (or water). Add pepper or garlic powder if using. -
Layer in slow cooker:
Place pork chops in the slow cooker. Pour the ranch mixture over the top, making sure all chops are coated. -
Cook low and slow:

Low for 6β7 hours

High for 3β4 hours
(Low is best for tender chops.)

Optional – thicken sauce:
If the sauce is thin at the end, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook uncovered on high for 15β20 minutes until thickened. -
Serve:
Spoon the ranch gravy over the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles β and a veggie like green beans or broccoli.

Add potatoes: Add quartered baby potatoes under the pork chops for a full one-pot meal.
